as I am in AZ for the summer and it is HOT out, most of my fitness is done in the gym and as the Womens World Cup is on TV right now and my great friend from childhood is the starting forward, I love love love to run, elliptical and bike while watching the games…time flies by!

I loved the last mix I won! My family jammed to it on our beach vacation.
My favorite summer workout was kayacking in the Gulf of Mexico. My abs got a great workout. Next summer I am going to try paddleboarding.
