I just finished the couch to 5k program and am jumping right into half marathon training (EEK!), so my goal for this month is to not miss a run and to increase my pace just a little bit.
Also, have you heard Pitbull’s new(ish) album? There is a lot of really great stuff in there! If you haven’t already, I highly recommend checking it out!

My goal for March is to be an awesome spin instructor! I just got my own class a couple weeks ago after only subbing, and tonight is my second night teaching the class!

I need to get a hold of my sugar addiction. I do really well for a week and then I fall off. I just need to eat it less often. And after reading your post about 10 reasons you are not losing weight, maybe I need to eat less fruit. Though most of my fruit is from berries. But sometimes I will eat berries, an apple, peppers and a pear all in one day. They are just so easy to grab when I am running out the door.
