I LOVE this time of year because it is when everyone’s gardens begin to flourish. It seems like zucchini is one thing that tends to do pretty well. Because of this, it also seems like it’s about this time of year that everyone starts to ask me for my yummy Zucchini Cookie recipe. It was one of the first posts on my blog, back in 2008. Yowza!
