8-12 upright row to arnold press⁣

8-12 Plank lateral raises per side⁣

8-12 kneeling bent arm raises⁣

REPEAT 3-4 X THROUGH⁣

SET 2:⁣

8-12 lateral delt raises⁣

8-12 kneeling upright rows⁣

8-12 narrow front raises⁣

REPEAT 3-4 X THROUGH⁣

SET 3: ⁣

8-12 V raises⁣

8-12 thumbs up flies⁣

8-12 around the worlds per side⁣

REPEAT 3-4 X THROUGH⁣
