A Loop Resistance Band Circuit You Can Do at Home or at the Gym

I showed y’all my loop resistance bands, & had tons of questions on how to use them. There are SO many awesome ways they can be utilized, & I’m excited to mix up my workouts a bit! I got my set of bands from Prosourcefit Each band is a different weight resistance, so there are endless possibilities. ⁣ I wanted to start with a workout that you can do at the gym or at home! If you are doing it at home, & don’t have a bench, I’d recommend using a padded arm chair, a step with a pad, or a smaller couch. ⁣ These may look harmless…but they are SUPER effective. 🔥🔥🔥⁣ Save it. LOOP BAND GLUTE CIRCUIT⁣ ⁣

15 anded hip thrusts⁣

15 banded elevated glute bridges⁣

15 banded glute kickbacks⁣

15 banded elevated single leg glute bridges⁣

15 banded elevated frog pumps⁣

REPEAT 5 X THROUGH⁣ ⁣
