Alright…I know some people have had a hard time watching the full workouts clips I’ve posted on IG for some reason, so I figured I can help you out by giving you another place to view them! By putting them on my youtube channel you should be able to watch them all! Enjoy! 🙂

  • Alright y’all! Here is the full workout from all of the partner exercises I’ve showcased over the past week. This is a FUN workout, so grab your best workout buddy, & get sweating! Thanks to my cute sis @linds__ward for always being my sidekick! Tag whoever you’re going to challenge! And, as per usual, report back after!! 😊 **Don’t forget, details for specific each specific exercise are listed on my IG page** FULL BODY PARTNER WORKOUT:
    SET 1:
    tag burpees from 1-10
    1 minute squat press box combo
    10 per person DB slide pushups
    REPEAT SET 1 3-5 X THROUGH
    SET 2
    10 tuck jump pushups each
    10-12 kickback plank hold on each arm per person
    1-10 plyo lunge switch holds per person
    REPEAT SET 2 3-5 X THROUGH10 squat press holds per person
    15 partner cherry pickers per person per side15 alternating sit-ups per person
    REPEAT SET 3 3-5 X THROUGH
