Muncher Cruncher Monday WOD

I realize it’s still Sunday…BUT I want you to start this next week out with a BANG! Here is an awesome full body circuit that you can do just about anywhere! Screen Shot 2014-05-04 at 6.36.21 PM

 

  • Single Leg Squat Jumps: Standing on one leg, squat down as low as you can go. Burst back up with a jump, landing on the same working leg. Do 20 on each side.
  • Pushup Jacks: Do a full pushup, and then jack the legs out and back in in between each pushup.
  • Plank Knee Jump Ins: Start in a pushup position. Jump both your feet to your right hand, and then back to your starting position. Jump your feet to your left hand and then back to your starting position. (This counts as 1) Repeat twenty times.
  • Squats with heavy dumbbells: These are just regular squats, using the heaviest DB you can, while still keeping proper form and making it to 15.
