Jump Around.

I think it’s about time for another circuit workout, don’t you?

Jump Around. Go through three rounds of the following…

  • 25  jump squats
  • 15 burpees (chest all the way down to the ground)
  • 15 plyometric lunges on each leg
  • 15 squat, curl, presses
  • 20 high knees on each leg
  • 15 push ups
  • 15 single leg squats with a jump @ the top on each leg
  • 20 jack presses (jumping jacks pressing dumbbells over your head)
  • 20 mountain climbers on each leg
  • one minute plank

This workout will work work your legs, arms, core, and heart. It will get you burning all sorts of calories! If you make it through three rounds, and you aren’t feeling wiped yet, add another!
