Last night our team of trainers got together for dinner to celebrate our big one year B-day.
I don’t know what it is with asking strangers to take pictures, and having them turn out awesome…but, if you can make out the images you can see what the fantastic people that I work with look like. I seriously love these people to death. I laughed so hard I was crying. We went to a place called Guru’s that is in downtown Provo. It was delicious! It is a fabulous and healthy hot spot that uses super fresh ingredients. I wish I would have taken a photo of my salad because it was DIVINE. I went with the enlightened strawberry spinach salad with chicken and slivered almonds. Yep, it was delightful.
Here is to another awesome year at The LAB! I know it’s going to be a good one!
Congrats on one awesome year! You are so amazing! Love you! Love the Lab!
I love that salad. But the dressing has gluten :(. But I love balsamic vinegar so it’s still good! Congrats!
Sad! Are you totally gluten free these days? Do you have celiacs, or are you just trying to eat that way??
I love trying out new places and I love yummy salads. Are they open for our next lunch date?? 😉 Congrats on one year. I am usually in love with my rec center but this year has been so crazy busy (longer than the normal new years rush) and all the cardio equipment will be full, the weight room is packed and the passes for the classes are gone 15min before they have even started. It is getting extremely frustrating!
YES please. Are we aloud to stray from the usual JD’s?? 😉 Seriously, I’d go there anytime. You say the word my lady! I hate when the gym is that busy…it messes with my schedule, and I don’t appreciate it.
