The Paleo Diet?
There are a lot of people talking about the Paleolithic Diet, also known as the Paleo or Caveman Diet. This type of diet basically consists of meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, roots, and nuts. Depending on the strictness of the diet, fruit and vegetables high in starch may or may not be included. It excludes grains, legumes, dairy products, salt, refined sugar, and processed oils.
