Advice is kind of a funny thing. It seems to be something that everyone loves to dish out, but who knows if it is ever backed by actual facts or if it is merely opinion or assumption. Some advice is great and fabulous; ideas which can be life changing. Other times it is less than helpful and can even be harmful or lead you further from your goal. Hearing different advice can be a positive thing in that fact that it causes you to explore different ideas, but in the health and fitness world it can lead people down very dangerous paths if you aren’t careful.
