May Moving Mix Giveaway

    this month to get moving…well…I’m currently in motion as we are on day 97 of 149 of 1/2 IM training. The main goal now is to remain injury free as we continue to ramp up our workouts!

    To get moving this month I’m doing a Tri-Adventure…36 mile bike ride, 6 mile canoe, 8 mile hike with a 25 pound pack!

  9. I actually signed up for another session with my half marathon group, so that will definitely keep my butt moving.

  10. to get moving, rather than come home from work and sit on my butt i’m going to go for short walks outside. and start walking to do my errands.

  22. Motion is in the ocean! This month is all about training for paddling (outrigger canoe, OC-6 & OC-1) Paddling season is upon us and races start in June. Time to get down to business with some serious training & I’m STOKED:)

    This month I’m just moving!! Today was the FIRST day since January that my doctor said I could work out. Stupid broken foot. But Spin KICKED my butt today! YAY!

    I’ll keep moving this month by, hopefully, building a better full-marathon base, and preparing for a possible HM in June, and running a 10k on the 14th. I may also force myself to schedule a dr. appt so I can hopefully get to see a PT to work on some knee/hip issues so I can KEEP moving pain-free!

  70. I started running (never ran a mile in my life!) about a month ago and am running my first 5K at the end of the month. That’s how I am going to get moving this month. Currently at 2.5 mile runs working my way to 3 mile/30 minute runs…eek!
