My Favorite Snack

I am always on the look out for new healthy snacks that have nutritional value, and as of late i have been on a huge air-popped popcorn kick. Popcorn is an awesome snack; nutritious, whole grain, low calorie, and high in fiber. But, beware, not all popcorn is created equal. Before you grab a bag of buttery-microwave delight check your nutrition facts. You are better off with air popped popcorn, or a low fat microwave popcorn such as Smart Pop, Healthy Pop, or
