Whole Wheat Banana Pancakes


These are a quick, healthy, delicious option for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 TBS brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup skim milk
1 egg (you can use 2 egg whites)
2 TBS applesauce
2 bananas (overripe/mashed)
*cinnamon optional

combine wet ingredients & then add dry ingredients
