MC FIT FULL BODY BOX + BOSU CIRCUIT WORKOUT

MC FIT FULL BODY BOX + BOSU CIRCUIT:
SET 1:
15 box jump burpees
15 bosu mt climber pushups
15 bosu split lunges on each leg
REPEAT SET 1 3-5 X THROUGH
SET 2:
15-20 wide to narrow bosu squat jumps
10-12 sumo squat upright rows per side
15 single leg bosu hops per leg
REPEAT SET 2 3-5 X THROUGH

SET 3:
15 squat jump back pushups
15 over the top box shuffles on each side
15 shoulder tap jacks
REPEAT SET 3 3-5 X THROUGH
SET 4:
15 bosu goblet squats
10-15 ball slam shuffles per side
REPEAT SET 4 3-5 X THROUGH
