Eat With Me…Speedily

I have people asking me all the time what I eat. Because one of the biggest excuses I hear about people trying to eat healthy is that they don’t have time, I thought I’d share what one of my busier days looks like. This was an insane on the go day…so here you have it.

5:30 AM: 2 eggs & some blackberries food1

I also had  2 oz of all natural Oh Boy Oh Berto Turkey Jerky. I know what you are thinking. Weird, right? Jerky for breakfast, I know. However, I try to get in 30 grams of protein in for breakfast, and when I’m in a hurry it gets the job done!food2

10:00 AM: A clementine and some Cocoa Roasted almonds (my favorite thing ever…) food3 food4

Lunch 1:00 Roasted Veggies I pre-made a HUGE batch of these the day before because I knew I’d have no time. I ate half of this for lunch, and the other half for dinner. These are my favorite.

Along with my veggies I popped open a can of Costco canned chicken breast and mixed it with a little bit of black pepper and dill seasoning. I measured out 3 oz.

Dinner: I didn’t get home until late, and no photos were taken of my dinner. However, I had the other half of the veggies pictured above along with some baby carrots, and a few handfulls of Boom Chicka Pop. As you can see, everything was very grab and go-ish, but still had to be planned out. When I know my days are going to be busy, I do all that I can to have foods on hand that will make eating healthy possible. Lean protein, LOTS of veggies, and a bit of fruit.
