As you know I love exercises that multitask. So, for my first demo I’m showing you the dead lift to an upright row.
If you have extremely flexible hamstrings, you may want to do these on a bench or stair so you can drop down below floor level. The main key here is to keep your legs straight, and your back flat. This will work your hamstrings, glutes, lower back, and shoulders.
